Student Officials Clinic - Hutt Valley
This is for students who wish to umpire/referee games in their chosen code. It's a full school day (9.00am - 3.00pm) and is held at Walter Nash or Fraser Park Stadium. Students will need to make their own transport arrangements to and from the venue.
Students who attended last year do not need to attend again.

Students will need to select one code that they wish to officiate. The codes on offer for this clinic are:

- Rugby

WORKSHOP PROGRAMME
- 9.30am – 10.00am Introduction
Introductions and the generic essentials of what makes a good official, some strategies to assist deal with on and off court/field issues that may arise; e.g. overzealous coaches and sideline screamers plus Q & A from students.
10.00am – 10:30am ACC SportSmart - Concussion workshop
10:30am – 12noon Code specific 1
12.00pm – 12:45pm Lunch break
12:45pm -2:30pm Code ppecific 2
