This registration is for the Term 1 Senior Weekly Competition (NOTE: Juniors play in term 4)

Touch is a growing sport at SHC and our teams cater for all abilities, from beginner to experienced players, we are seeking parents and caregivers to assist with coaching and managing teams. The competition is played over 6 weeks.  

Note: Strong junior players may register to trial for a senior team if they wish to do so,  but seniors will take priority if teams are limited. Junior touch is played in Term 4, there is a separate registration for this which we will open in term 3.

We also encourage senior students to enter a social team in this grade, a minimum of 10 students per social team, and a parent manager is required. 

Term 1 Senior Competition:

• Game Day: Tuesdays - starting 11 February to 18 March (6 weeks)
• Times: Starting at 4.15pm onwards
• Venue(s): Fraser Park
• Uniform: Singlets provided, players to wear own black shorts and sneakers.
• Ability: Novice to experienced players 
• Fee: $50
• Closing Date:31 January 2025 (for registration and payment)
• Trial Dates: TBC

We had a lot of students pulling out of teams after trials in 2024. This makes it very difficult once teams have been entered in competitions, and it takes places away from students who are committed, so students who trial and are placed in a team will still have to pay the $50 fee, even if they pull out. Students need to think carefully before signing up and ensure they can commit to all games.

NOTE: Appropriate school behaviour and attendance standards are a requirement for a student to participate in extra-curricular activities.
