Enrolments 

Enrolments for Year 9 in 2025 are now open - closing on Thursday 4 July 2024

Sacred Heart College accepts students from Years 9 - 13.  Enrolments are welcome throughout the year.

Document Requirements

The following documentation must be submitted with your Enrolment Application:

Enrolling as a Preference (Catholic) student we require:

• Archdiocese of Wellington Attendance Dues Agreement (ADW)
• Copy of Birth Certificate or Passport (if born outside of NZ we require Passport and Residency/Student visa)
• Preference Certificate from your Parish Priest (click here for an example).  Each Parish has a supply of Preference Certificates for your use
• Three forms (Digital Agreement, EOTC, and Permission to Display Images - forms are able to be completed once you get into the first page of the Enrolment Application)

Enrolling as a Non-Preference (Non-Catholic) student we require:

• Archdiocese of Wellington Attendance Dues Agreement (ADW)
• Copy of Birth Certificate or Passport (if born outside of NZ we require Passport and Residency/Student visa)
• Three forms (Digital Agreement, EOTC, and Permission to Display Images - forms are able to be completed once you get into the first page of the Enrolment Application)
